3. Legal Basis for Processing (Florida & Federal Compliance)
We process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including:
• Florida's Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.171 — requires reasonable data security and breach notification
• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• The CAN-SPAM Act — governing commercial email communications sent through Google (Gmail)
• The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) — to the extent applicable to financial data processed by Square
• General contractual necessity — to fulfill rental agreements and service requests
Note: Florida does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law equivalent to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, we are committed to transparency and fair data practices consistent with evolving best practices and federal standards.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with the following trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business:
• Square (Payment Processing) — We use Square to process all payments. When you complete a transaction, your billing and card information is transmitted directly to Square and is governed by Square's Privacy Policy at squareup.com/legal/privacy. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our systems. Square is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
• Booking Online Ltd (Website & Booking Platform) — Our website and online booking system is powered by Booking Online Ltd. Information you submit through our booking forms is processed through their platform and is subject to Booking Online Ltd's Privacy Policy. Please visit their website for more information.
• Google (Analytics & Email) — We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and Google (Gmail) for business communications. Data shared with Google is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, customers, or others.
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site if such a transfer occurs.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations (such as Florida tax record requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking records and financial data are generally retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Florida business and tax record retention guidelines. MArketing/contact list data is held until you opt out or request deletion.

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use the following types of cookies:
• Essential Cookies — Necessary for the Site and booking platform (Booking Online Ltd) to function properly, including maintaining your session during the reservation process.
• Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics) — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site, including pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. • Functional/Booking Cookies — Used by Booking Online Ltd to maintain your session and preferences during the booking process.

7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

We will promptly delete such information in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
